Life can be intense: new schools, exams, friendships, social media, family expectations, and sometimes living between cultures. It’s a lot. And it can leave you feeling
What therapy looks like with me?
- Real conversations. No judgment, no pressure — just space to talk and be yourself.
-
Understanding, not fixing. You’re not broken. You’re just going through something hard.
-
Practical tools. Together we’ll build coping skills to handle stress, school, relationships, and big feelings.
-
Safe space. This is a place where you can drop the mask and explore who you really are.
It’s not about changing who you are — it’s about helping you feel more like yourself.

Supporting your teen, supporting you.
Adolescence is already challenging. Add cultural transitions, academic stress, and identity questions, and it can become overwhelming. You may notice your teen is:
-
Withdrawn, irritable, or exhausted
-
Struggling at school or losing motivation
-
Having trouble concentrating or sleeping
-
Worrying excessively or showing low self-esteem
-
Expressing hopelessness or self-critical thoughts
These are signs they may need extra support.
My approach with teens
-
Evidence-based and personalized. I draw on cognitive-behavioral therapies, schema therapy, mindfulness, ACT, metacognitive therapy, and positive psychology.
-
Collaborative process. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all — I meet each teen where they are, and we define goals together.
-
Building resilience. Sessions equip teens with skills to manage stress, regulate emotions, and build confidence.
-
Respecting boundaries. Teens need safe space; parents are involved at the start, and I’ll keep you updated appropriately while respecting confidentiality.
